LAMBERT E. NYONI
Managing Director
He has a multidisciplinary experience of more than 30 years in the field of Accounting, Finance and Management. He has served in Banks and other commercial companies in senior management positions. His rise to the top; from an Accountant position to Managing Director and then Chairman of the Board of Directors, has propelled his understanding of business management and good governance.
Experience
Lambert began his career in the Insurance field as an Accountant, however, his long professional life was oriented in the banking field where he served as inspector at the Union des Banque Populaire, then CSS Zigama in operations in as Deputy Head of Operations and Branch Manager. He joined BRD as Chief Accountant and then Chief Financial Officer. He then went further on to hold the highest positions in the MAGERWA Ltd including Deputy General Manager, Chief Executive Officer, and Executive Chairman, before joining ConsTruck as Managing Director.
He has served on various Boards of Directors as a member or Chairman, including PEZ, SONARWA, MAGERWA, MMC, Rwanda Stock Exchange, COOPEDU, Kamonyi District Council.
Education
Lambert holds a B.COM Faculty of Accountancy degree from Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST), currently under University Rwanda, and an MBA in Project Management from Mount Kenya University. He has also benefited from several trainings in credit management and good governance in Rwanda and abroad.
INNOCENT NKESHIMANA BUHORO
General Manager Operations
Innocent is the General Manager Operations in charge of operations at ConsTruck Ltd since April 2021.
Experience
His exposure spanned through a number of job functions including Fleet Management, Credit Management, Facilities Management, Supply Chain Management and Project Management in the Petroleum and Telecom industries.
He has been key in leading, developing and implementing the maintenance and logistics best practices in MTN Rwanda. He played a huge role in the development of its branch network and managing the telecom credit risk and portfolio growth.
Education
Innocent is a Certified Project Manager and holds a Master of Communications Management and a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
KENNETH NTAGANDA
Business Services Director
Initially spearheaded business development and stakeholder engagement during the company’s setup phase, identifying high-potential investment opportunities and leading financial modeling and deal structuring to support executive and board-level decision-making.
Currently leading enterprise-wide operational transformations, driving revenue optimization, and implementing comprehensive process improvements through the use of business intelligence, data analytics, and digital tools to enhance efficiency and performance in the post-investment phase.
Experience
Kenneth is a results-driven professional with a proven track record of over 10 years in business development, operations strategy, SME financing, and grants management across leading organizations. As Corporate Services Manager at Crystal Ventures Ltd, he led shared services across subsidiaries in construction, FMCG, building materials, and services—driving group-wide process improvements, compliance, and value-for-money procurement through economies of scale. While serving as Program Coordinator for the USADF Power Africa initiative, implemented by Africa Development Consultant, Kenneth led the sourcing, due diligence, and post-award support of high-potential SMEs in Rwanda’s renewable energy sector, strengthening their governance and investment readiness. At Chemonics International Inc., he delivered end-to-end grants administration and capacity building to ensure compliant and impactful program delivery. Earlier, as a Business Advisor with Irona Consultants, he played a key role in designing and implementing a Quasi-Equity Financing initiative with the Rwanda Business Development Fund (BDF), unlocking access to capital for various SMEs. His career reflects a consistent focus on sustainable business growth, operational excellency, SME financing, and grants management.
Education
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance from the School of Finance and Banking (SFB) currently under the University of Rwanda (UR) and is certified in Project Management for Development Professionals (PMD Pro).
Martin Bugingo
Director of Finance
Mr. Martin Bugingo is currently the Finance Director of ConsTruck Ltd with more than 10 years of experience in Finance.
He has been with ConsTruck Ltd since January 2021. Since February 2022, he has been working in the Finance department as Chief Accountant overseeing all financial operations.
Experience
Prior to joining ConsTruck Ltd, Martin was a Management Accountant at ISCO Security Company Ltd. He carried out different tasks and assignments designed to improve financial, operational and internal control environment within ISCO Security Ltd and its subsidiary.
Martin Joined ISCO Security from Trust Industries where he worked for five years as a Chief Accountant heading the financial reporting unit.
Education
He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from the School of Finance and Banking, Kigali.
FRANCINE UWAMAHORO
People and Culture Manager
Francine Uwamahoro is the People and Culture Manager of ConsTruck Ltd since January 2021.
Prior to joining ConsTruck Ltd, Francine was Senior HR and Administration Officer of NPD Ltd for two years.
Experience
Francine has experience of 7 years in Human resources management in both Public and Private sector. Prior to joining NPD Ltd, Francine served Rwanda Animal Resources and Agriculture Board (RAB) as Human Resources Management Specialist since 2014 to October 2018.
EDUCATION
Francine holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Mount Kenya University and Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Psychology from Adventist University of Central Africa (AUCA).
EMMANUEL MUWANGUZI
Procurement and Sourcing Manager
Emmanuel Muwanguzi is the Procurement and Sourcing Manager of ConsTruck Ltd. He has been with ConsTruck Ltd since January 2021 with a vast experience in procurement and logistics management.
Experience
Emmanuel has more than 7 years of experience in management in different sectors. Prior to joining ConsTruck Ltd, Emmanuel was the procurement manager of Inyange Industries a company specialized in manufacturing of soft drinks and dairy products.
He also worked with Korean Telecom Rwanda Network as a Contract manager for a period of 4 years, within which he helped rollout 4G network in Rwanda.
Education
Emmanuel holds a Procurement and Logistics Degree from Uganda Christian University (UCU).
