Experience Kenneth is a results-driven professional with a proven track record of over 10 years in business development, operations strategy, SME financing, and grants management across leading organizations. As Corporate Services Manager at Crystal Ventures Ltd, he led shared services across subsidiaries in construction, FMCG, building materials, and services—driving group-wide process improvements, compliance, and value-for-money procurement through economies of scale. While serving as Program Coordinator for the USADF Power Africa initiative, implemented by Africa Development Consultant, Kenneth led the sourcing, due diligence, and post-award support of high-potential SMEs in Rwanda’s renewable energy sector, strengthening their governance and investment readiness. At Chemonics International Inc., he delivered end-to-end grants administration and capacity building to ensure compliant and impactful program delivery. Earlier, as a Business Advisor with Irona Consultants, he played a key role in designing and implementing a Quasi-Equity Financing initiative with the Rwanda Business Development Fund (BDF), unlocking access to capital for various SMEs. His rise to the top; from an Accountant position to Managing Director and then Chairman of the Board of Directors, has propelled his understanding of business management and good governance. Experience Lambert began his career in the Insurance field as an Accountant, however, his long professional life was oriented in the banking field where he served as inspector at the Union des Banque Populaire, then CSS Zigama in operations in as Deputy Head of Operations and Branch Manager. He joined BRD as Chief Accountant and then Chief Financial Officer. He then went further on to hold the highest positions in the MAGERWA Ltd including Deputy General Manager, Chief Executive Officer, and Executive Chairman, before joining ConsTruck as Managing Director. He has served on various Boards of Directors as a member or Chairman, including PEZ, SONARWA, MAGERWA, MMC, Rwanda Stock Exchange, COOPEDU, Kamonyi District Council.
